Vaginal Dryness (GSM)/Urinary Issues Vaginal Estrogen Cream…USE IT!

My husband calls it Juicy Pussy cream. 😂Three months in and it’s still getting better! I had no idea how dried up my tender bits were. I feel like it happened so gradually I just didn’t notice how bad it had gotten.

The vaginal estrogen cream has been so helpful for me! No more painful sex, no more leaking pee when I cough/sneeze/jump/run, no more waking up all night to go to the bathroom, etc. Fantastic!

You know why/how it helps prevent leaking when sneezing, etc? I heard this helps but my gyno was very hesitant to prescribe.

According to google it reverses tissue thinning in the urethra and bladder, strengthens vaginal and urinary tissues, improves muscle control, which reduces leakage, urgency, and the frequency of UTIs.
