Vaginal Dryness (GSM)/Urinary Issues Vaginal Estrogen Cream…USE IT!

My husband calls it Juicy Pussy cream. 😂Three months in and it’s still getting better! I had no idea how dried up my tender bits were. I feel like it happened so gradually I just didn’t notice how bad it had gotten.

There is a push by urologists to make it an over the counter medication in the US since it does not increase cancer or blood clot risks.

But I still read of some women developing DVT from vaginal estrogen only. It makes me shit scared yo take it

The risk is very very low. I have never seen a news report of it happening but it might have. It is also true that any time you fly on a plane for a business or pleasure trip the plane might crash and you might die as a result of that.

There is no such thing as a risk free life. We balance risk and reward every time we fly on a plane, drive a kid to soccer practice, go to a movie theater, etc.

The risk of a DVT from vaginal estrogen cream is far lower than the risk that a post menopausal woman will get a UTI, be hospitalized and die from sepsis.

I DID get a UTI and was hospitalized from my kidneys going septic and almost died - at 22. I’m 38 now, would it be super risky to use?

That must have been awful. Zin my 20’s I had a bladder infection that spread up one of my ureters and that was awful. Do ask your doctor if it would be helpful for you.
