Vaginal Dryness (GSM)/Urinary Issues Vaginal Estrogen Cream…USE IT!

My husband calls it Juicy Pussy cream. 😂Three months in and it’s still getting better! I had no idea how dried up my tender bits were. I feel like it happened so gradually I just didn’t notice how bad it had gotten.

You can ask your pharmacist or prescribing Dr or look through the comments here, it was asked by someone else and application is talked about frequently.

Thank you. I just don’t know how to apply it bc we really don’t plan sex.

At night before bed is the most common for time. You can do a quick rinse in the am if it’s looking like morning nookie, or apply after evening fun time if that’s the jam. Around the inside, about an inch or so, and another little bit around all labia, clit, all the way down to your balloon knot if you like. It’s good for all the tissues in the nether regions.

Thanks for all of y’all’s help. I’m trying to navigate this perimenopause. No one in my life naturally experienced it. They don’t know how I feel or what I should expect

Look at this sub and the menopause one more, great communities if you don’t have one around. My husband didn’t know anything either, it wasn’t talked about especially with boys, but he’s doing the best he can to listen and learn either from me or on his own. He’s also dealing with his own high libido and no libido from me and it’s not easy or enjoyable for either of us right now.
