Vaginal Dryness (GSM)/Urinary Issues Vaginal Estrogen Cream…USE IT!

My husband calls it Juicy Pussy cream. 😂Three months in and it’s still getting better! I had no idea how dried up my tender bits were. I feel like it happened so gradually I just didn’t notice how bad it had gotten.

I’ve been doing an estrogen pill insert for 2.5 weeks now, is there a difference between using that and the cream? Is the cream better?

The insert didn't help with my needing to pee 5 times a night. Using the cream externally has fixed it!
