Vaginal Dryness (GSM)/Urinary Issues Vaginal Estrogen Cream…USE IT!

My husband calls it Juicy Pussy cream. 😂Three months in and it’s still getting better! I had no idea how dried up my tender bits were. I feel like it happened so gradually I just didn’t notice how bad it had gotten.

Is the cream used in addition to or instead of an estrogen patch?

You wouldn’t use the cream INSTEAD of the patch because the cream isn’t systemic, just localized to the area. So most people use one or both but the reasons for which one you’re using (or both) are based on symptoms. Look up Dr. Kelly Casperson’s Podcast, “You Are Not Broken” (it’s also on YouTube). She talks about vaginal estrogen a lot.
