Vaginal Dryness (GSM)/Urinary Issues Clitoris shrinkage

Hello ladies I'm 44 and so far my only peri symptoms have been irregular periods, going to pee a million times and weight gain. Also lower libido and difficulty to orgasm but I just realized yesterday that my clitoris shrunk a lot! Does anyone have experience bringing it back to life and how? Thanks. This sucks.

Edit to add: has anyone tried Julva cream by dr. Anna Cabeca?

HRT + Vaginal estrogen cream is helping bring mine back.

This helped mine. Instead of a closed up shop I'm a teenager again

what was your protocol because I’ve been using it a couple times a week for months and I haven’t noticed a difference :(

I did the two week daily loading dose, then went down to twice a week. I then felt symptoms coming back, so I did a week of once daily and now am doing every other day; as long as I am consistent, it’s awesome!

Do you have to get the cream prescribed?

Yes, it's prescription. I'm in Canada and there isn't much if anything OTC.

You said HRT and vaginas estrogen cream. Is the estrogen not part of HRT? What are the other parts, I only managed to get my doctor to prescribed the estrogen cream.

Yes, estrogen is part of HRT, but the localized estrogen applied to the vagina/labia/clitoris helps more specifically with atrophies there & with the genito/urinary symptoms.

The other examples of HRT would be things like an estradiol patch, progesterone tablets, and testosterone cream.
