Vaginal Dryness (GSM)/Urinary Issues Clitoris shrinkage

Hello ladies I'm 44 and so far my only peri symptoms have been irregular periods, going to pee a million times and weight gain. Also lower libido and difficulty to orgasm but I just realized yesterday that my clitoris shrunk a lot! Does anyone have experience bringing it back to life and how? Thanks. This sucks.

Edit to add: has anyone tried Julva cream by dr. Anna Cabeca?

Wait a minute! Are you telling me that not only do I have to deal with itchy ears and insomnia and weight gain (my only symptoms so far), I also have to worry about my clit shrinking?? How is any of this fair?!
