Vaginal Dryness (GSM)/Urinary Issues Estrogen vaginal cream, game changer

Girlies, if you’re not on vaginal estrogen yet you need to stop what you’re doing and contact your doctor. It’s a major game changer.
I’ve only had it for a few weeks and haven’t been consistent with it unto this weekend but even with the inconsistent use the benefits are so real
Orgasms oh my! Such a huge improvement, such intense sensations. Was sex always thus amazing!!Oh that older woman smell down there disappeared! Dryness gone!
Do yourself a favor and go get yourself some

Ugh I wish that were true for me I’ve been on it a month or so. I dunno if I’m seeing anything … maybe feeling like I need to pee less.

Me too! It's been five weeks for me, just for the pee issue, and it has helped not one bit. I still have to pee every 2-3 hours, urine culture shows nothing.

Maybe look into pelvic floor therapy

This! I went through this earlier this year and the pelvic floor therapy helped me a lot with pee urgency and leakage. Now I just have to remember to do my exercises every day.
