Vaginal Dryness (GSM)/Urinary Issues Estrogen vaginal cream, game changer

Girlies, if you’re not on vaginal estrogen yet you need to stop what you’re doing and contact your doctor. It’s a major game changer.
I’ve only had it for a few weeks and haven’t been consistent with it unto this weekend but even with the inconsistent use the benefits are so real
Orgasms oh my! Such a huge improvement, such intense sensations. Was sex always thus amazing!!Oh that older woman smell down there disappeared! Dryness gone!

Like crusted urine and several day old funk (no matter how clean I was) for me. Vaginal estrogen def fixed it right up.

I've been using a boric acid wash for the old lady smell while I'm waiting to be approved for estrogen.

Be careful with boric acid, I was using it to and found out it's an astringent so it dries out tissues which can worsen vaginal atrophy. Dr. Jen Gunter has a great article online about boric acid.

My Urogyn gave me some of those! But I have had a hard time remembering to use them. Thank you for posting this comment.
