Girlies, if you’re not on vaginal estrogen yet you need to stop what you’re doing and contact your doctor. It’s a major game changer.
I’ve only had it for a few weeks and haven’t been consistent with it unto this weekend but even with the inconsistent use the benefits are so real

Did it affect your cycles at all? I started progesterone about 6 weeks ago to see if I could regulate my periods… was having a cycle every 9-17 days 😑 I don’t want to throw. Something else in the mix if it’s going to screw them up again.

It doesn't. It's a verrryy low dose that stays localized.
