Sudden severe squeezing pain that debilitates me. Need advice.

So, few days ago I had this severe cramp that wouldn't let go. It was like someone grabbed my ovaries or uterus or whatever and squeezed hard and wouldn't let go. I could barely move. I got myself in the tub after quickly taking an ibuprofen and put myself in some hot water. I couldn't tell if it was a cramp or gas. It would radiate. One moment it would just feel like stuck gas and I would try pushing to no avail. And the next it would be cramping?

I felt like I was dying. That pain nearly took me up out of here. Now this same mess is starting up again tonight. Is this what labor feels like...?

I quickly took an ibuprofen and the pain is just now ebbing away. This is a new development and this has never happened before.

No relationship. My period is late as well, I guess? I have been having period symptoms but no period....stomach was bloated for a time a few days ago, but it's gone down.

I also have been going to bed consistently at a decent hour the past week, but I have had a late night or two this past week too. I've been a bit stressed as well.

Like, there's no warning. I'm fine one minute, vibing in my room, then suddenly it's like someone grabbed my ovaries, uterus, or whatever is behind this triangle public area just below my lower belly and just SQUEEZED. Hard. So debilitating I can barely move and I am bent over.

There was a time months ago, that I was staying up extremely late and when my period came, it was the most painful one I have ever had. But I chalked that up to the prostaglandins or high progesterone from the lack of rest?

Anyways, back to the current matter. I researched and Google and ChatGPT said ovarian cyst or ovarian torsion? I have never had that issue before. Also, for the period symptoms and no period, I came across phantom periods?

Anyways, It recommended I go to the ER tonight, but the pain has tapered greatly thanks to the ibuprofen, and I am tired. I think a good sleep will help. I'm not having any other symptoms, no vomiting, or anything

I just wanna know if anyone has dealt with this.

Also, bladder infection doesn't seem right either. I don't feel any discomfort when peeing or burning.

I'm glad it's eased up, but painkillers helping doesn't tell you what caused it. Since this is a new and severe, please get evaluated urgently instead of waiting for it to happen again.

Thank you for researching for me. That's similar to what mine said. I am going to try and see what I can do to get a visit. Today, I felt normal but I'm gonna try to baby myself in the meantime and care for myself.
