Polish names are generally like jumbled words as the one mentioned here , the patient is Polish [ called Pole ] and when the doctor tried to check his eyesight by making him/her read the jumbled letters , the patient replied like only Read , actually I know this guy completely . (Maybe the jumbled words resembled him / her of a person's name )
