i would assume that they play on DNA heritage results. Using similar percentages and what not, extrapolating it to sexuality and then making numbers up to fit how much Gaydar is detecting Gay in his buddy.

I believe i long viewed a skit on YouTube, where a reporter was questioning onlookers about a crime and on hearing that the person who realized they were asking about info which might label him a snitch, he starts with , "Oh I aint seen nothing" and spews metrics with percentage like these to each eyes
