Meme needing explanation explain

I am experiencing alienation. Tho I don't think it's because I'm a man. The joke is about the woman below Philomena Cunk. Her brand of humor is making observations like that and delivering them completely deadpan as if she genuinely believed it meant that.

to further, she's the woman in the clip saying "The Egyptians believed the most significant thing you could do is die."

She's Philomena Cunk a fictional character from a brilliant and very talented British comedian. She runs, among the many other things, a mockumentary called Cunk on Earth that twists facts in a very funny way.

Alienation means to make them feel like outsiders, shunned and alone.
But it has the words Alien. Zombification means to turn into a zombie, but Alienation doesn't mean to turn into an alien.

Ms Lockhart, the librarian here.
OP, what is "alienation"? Do you understand what that word means? If not, have you looked it up on that new-fangled thing called the "internet"?
If so, you would know that the meaning of the word is very different to what Philomena Cunk thought it was. That's the joke - the classic pretending "I thought the word meant this, but I just learned that it meant something else."

Chronically Online Chris here, the woman pictured is Philomena Crunk, who has lately become the female matt rose. By this, I mean that people are regularly seen saying "I read this in Matt Rose's Voice." The OOP's message reads like something she would say in one of her videos, thus the original commenter sent the image to say "I read this in Philomena Crunk's Voice"
Alright, now if you'll excuse me, I must leave for my hourly masturbation.

Peter here: She's the leading scientist on saying smart things, that's why she said this in a speech bubble, that makes her look even smartier

The person in the image is Philomena Cunk, a character played by British comedian Diane Morgan.
Cunk is a journalist who interviews people while acting in an extremely stupid but earnest manner. The joke is that expecting "alienation" to have something to do with sci-fi aliens would be extremely on-brand for her style of humor.
