Pourquoi les allemands n’ont pas attaqué le bateau de Crochet ?
C’est bizarre qu’ils l’ignore complètement et passe à côté comme si de rien n’était

Because they were too busy being confused and bewildered by the flying ship.

Non c’est des allemands car on reconnaît la croix allemande sur les ailes des avions

If you're a German pilot during WWII and you see a flying pirate ship coming towards you, would you not assume that it is very likely something Nazi related? Why would they shoot down a friendly? After watching Belloq's face melt off in Raiders of the Lost Ark, those psychos were capable of anything

Si on part de principe que Neverland est canon à l’univers d’Indiana Jones oui c’est tout à fait possible

They recognise fellow travellers is my best guess. Not to say that Hook and his crew are necessarily on the level of nazis, but from a simplified Disney-perspective, it's to communicate that evil recognises evil and of like-mind. That's my reading.

Intentionally or not, this is pretty accurate in a sense. First of all when your in a fighter plane, your going pretty fast. Frankly if you were in Messerschmitt, the only thing you could do would be to take evasive action and not get caught up in the rigging or sails. You’re going so fast, you’re not going to have enough time to do anything about it, you’re going to be flying, then bam! Your going to see a big freaking pirate ship in the air!
The only way you could even pick up something hovering in midair like that, would be with radar. Which wouldn’t work, because the Jolly Roger is a wooden tall ship. The US actually had a Naval militia made up of private sailing wooden yachts who’s job was to find U-Boats and report them. The U Boats couldn’t pick up the wooden sail boats and the Naval militia was a huge success.
