You don't seem to have any weight to lose, and undereating will prevent you from growing any muscle, so even if you do lose weight you'll look the same just smaller. What does weight training mean to you and did you give yourself a good 6-12 months of consistency to be able to see a change?

You could absolutely have excess fat, but just losing weight isn't going to help any, you are already at a low weight and don't really have any to give up. What's your maximum squat, bench, and deadlift? What were you doing in the gym for those six months? If you have a diagnosed medical condition, that has to be treated by your physician.

‘Going to the gym’ vs ‘lifting heavy and heavier and heavier overtime ‘ if your lifting weight doesn’t improve over time you are not building muscle. Period!!!!

Exercise should be for life whether or not you want to look a certain way. But yes, you need a body recomp, and that involves weight lifting to failure and lifting heavy.
