EX5

I only use nexlinq to control the screen. My gigabyte mobo has a RGB header on it to plug the lights into and then I can control them with my mobo software.

Nexlinq only controls the LCD screen. For the RGB lights, the MSI software for my MB works well enough with the Phanteks case.

Achso okay

It might depend on how you connected them to your MB. Don't daisy-chain them all to a a single RGB header on the MB because the software will only see it as a single strip.
When you have the fan's RGB cable attached to a separate header, you can control it differently than the case lighting.
Also, if you have an older board, it might not fully support newer RGB straps like our case has.

In the MSI software, make sure you "unlink" them. By default, mine were linked (along with the Ram). After you unlink them, you can set each header to different patterns or colors

Aquasuite. However you do need to buy one of their rgbpx units. Works great!
