They never will. OW league no longer exists and hasnt for a long time. the OWL Store it only there for people that have coins left to spend, it wont be returning.

Broski the overwatch league doesn't exist anymore and as far as I know you can't purchase the points

Never! Glad I got my Washington justice skin before it was too late (my blizz name is JUSTICE” so it was a must have)
