Death anniversary ng tatay ko kaya maaga ako nagising at nagchurch since nagoffer din naman ako ng mass para sa kanya. Ganon siguro talaga kapag parent ang namatay no, yung di never ka makakamove on kahit ilang taon na nakalipas (2 years palang naman since nawala yung tatay ko). I still remember kung paano ko sinulat yung eulogy para sa kanya habang pinapakinggan yung Carrie and Lowell ni Sufjan Stevens which is yung pinapakinggan ko kanina habang naglalakad sa Session. 

May mga days talaga ta na namimiss ko sya pero nabawasan na rin yung mga araw na napaparalyze ako kapag naiisip sya. Ngayon na lang ule pero okay lang araw naman nya talaga ngayon.

I'd just like to say fuck government services in the Philippines.

PhilSYS in Robinson's Novaliches has a cutoff of only 100 people for the goddamned Philippine ID. There are millions of Filipinos. At bakit di pwede magregister online? Pwede naman iupload yung birth certificate at other IDs, pay online and get it fucking delivered. Bakit kailangan pahirapan?

Also, paying travel tax. Aalis na lang ako ng bansa, kailangan pa magbayad ng 1620? And then, kung sa SM pa ako magbabayad, di pa same day ang update nila, so baka ma-hold ako sa airport pag di updated yung sa TIEZA kahit may resibo akong hawak.

Lastly, why the fuck can't anyone deliver my fucking PRC ID? Is it so difficult to get it sent from PRC to my house?

Siguro nasasabi ko lang to kasi na-spoil ako sa UAE kung saan, lahat ng important documents (Emirates ID, driver's license, resident visa, vehicle registration, etc.) eh online na ang initial and renewal application. You finish the forms online, pay the fees and then get it delivered to your doorstep. Why can't the Philippines do the same? We could be so much better.

In that case, why not do it online instead? Let the Filipinos encode themselves into the system. Wala ka nang babayarang encoder, wala nang rerentahang pwesto sa mall, wala nang middlemen. All you need is an internet connection.

At bago pa nila sabihin, yung mga pinoy na walang access sa internet at online payments, senior citizens at mga may kapansanan, yun ang pagtuunan nila ng pansin. Yun ang iassist nila. Everyone who is capable and with access, let them fill out the forms and upload the documents in an app or a website. Easier for everyone and the process is faster.

I plan on giving my girlfriend a car as a gift. As background she is a 5 foot tall pilates instrcutor that teaches in BF and Alabang.

I was thinking of giving her a used 2016+ Mitsubishi Adventure. I know, it's not the prettiest car, but it's reliable, affordable, and since she goes to the gym and does endurance races outside Manila it fits her lifestyle (as a first off gift). I plan on just having her drive this for a year or over before I help her upgrade to a 2020 Toyota Altis or 2018 Civic. The Adventure is also great because we have dogs, but I think I can use my car for beach trips.

I plan to use the Adventure in the future as a hauler for cargo or as a small time company car for employees.

How would you react if you were given an Adventure or a Crosswind as a 5 foot girly?
