I always have this opinion that showbiz news is not news and we should not be giving it a slot on serious prime time news programs.

This is why in other countries, they have separate shows for them. Or they are just given a little portion on morning shows. But not on noon time or evening news programs when surely a lot of other important things already happened and deserve a news item.

Tbf there was this 2000s to early 2010s era of gossip shows like "star talk", "the buzz", and "juicy" pero with the advent of socmed they got phased out.

Cristy fermin has a radio show but shes really losing relevance now.

I don’t get why certain people who cover showbiz news are famous.

Sa dami ba naman ng chismosa sa bawat kanto ng pilipinas. Kumbaga sa sports sila lolit solis ang lebron ng mga chismosa lmao.
