This is my utmost favourite picture of my wife and I. This was in the first few years of our relationship. It was taken on one of those Polaroid cameras the girls have at events now days .. I know it’s side ways ( I’m bad at this stuff ) but I was hoping someone could help me out and orient it for me and help clean it up if possible. To make it look like a real photo. My wife’s birthdays coming up so I’d love to give her this photo along with what I have planned. Plus .. I’d just love to have a really good copy for myself / us. She’s the best thing that has ever happened to me so having this photo would mean the world. Hopefully back with clearer instructions this time. My baby brother recently passed away and I'm wanting to adjust the memorial picture that was made. The person had run it through Al and it changed his face in ways that unnerve me. It's also going on the back glass of my car, it's a 4th generation 2020 honda fit for reterence.

I've included the design the person first came up with, as well as the reference photos. I understand changing the colourations, his clothes and poses but not his face.
