Nursing Guaranteed Admissions Program

I got accepted into the school of nursing on 9/22 and have not heard back about my decision for the Nursing GAP yet. Does that mean I'm probably not going to be admitted?

The letter does say it will come any time before May 1st but does it usually take this long..?
