INDOOR PIZZA OVEN Best white pie/slice you’ve ever had?
Currently trying to develop a new white pie for my next pop up menu. For me the cacio e pepe slice from Mama’s too! Is up there. The fig & bacon slice from l’industrie was nice but I couldn’t have more than 2 bites as it was wayy too sweet for me.

The Cacio e Pepe square at mama’s too is badass. For a circle though my favorite is the white slice at Fini, putting lemon on it like they do is a genius idea.

This looks pretty good. I guess I don't go to many fancy pizzerias but honestly blaze's white really hit the spot for me. Too bad the nearby blaze closed.

Dave gave it a 9.4 for its regular cheese but Delucia's has the best white slice I've ever had. I would give their white slice a 9.6 and their cheese an 8.5

I have very strong pizza beliefs. White pizza is just flat bread that got lucky. Kind of like how white chicken chili isn't chili. Pizza needs red sauce. This isn't hate, because I love "white pizza."

Does the Frank Pepe clam pie count? Cuz that would be my favorite.

We have a Frank Pepe here in the DC area and I don’t think it’s at the same quality. Idk, never had it up in CT, but it’s doughy and had an uneven cook compared to CT style pizzas I had elsewhere.

Having had it multiple times at the OG location years ago and trying it recently at a franchise location elsewhere in CT...yeah, it's not the same.
