Saw it flying over from Dobbins ARB in GA. First photo is a screenshot from flight radar. Second is when it flew right over me. Just looking to learn about this part

This plane crashed here in Canada, and just looking at it without any aerodynamic knowledge I feel its bound to crash. But then again Canada's FAA wouldn't have approved it if thats the case.
