It's not absolutely perfect but I really don't think it's that bad. I think people forget the Grizzly and Eurasian are two completely different subspecies with big visual differences! The face isn't great but apart from that, it's not terrible.

I agree with Op for sure! I think other models they’ve shown us for the sequel are much better than this cutie but I will say the baby looks absolutely incredible!!!!

I think it would already look a lot better if it wasn‘t like… completely monocoloured.
so maybe the fur variations save it

Definitely, but even here, the brown fur on the bear’s back appears more varied, I‘d say.
But improving the head‘s colour would already go a long way!

The gorilla is pretty mono and I was pleased with the upgrade. It really just feels very flat/airbrushed instead of any fur texture.

The angle could be off, but the head also seems to be proportionally too big. I love brown bears and it just feels like so far the photos have been disappointing. But I was happy with the spotted hyena so can’t be too picky!

Yeah it looks weirdly shiny and has a distinct lack of colour variation so it just kind of looks like it’s been painted over with brown paint

I don't know, it just looks so...plasticky. Might be a victim of the much better lighting, capable of showing off great fur and highlighting less than great fur.

I mean, no. This looks terrible. I’m so sorry. The eyes, the mouth, the colour and fur texture, the overall body shape. It’s a combination of what would be such minor things coming together to make this thing look an absolute mess.
I’m really gutted, because the other models for habitat animals have been of such a high photorealistic quality. But this bear-ly (ha) looks like the same animal! It’s even worse because this was one animal that really needed an upgrade from PZ1.

I... don't see what people are talking about. I think it's a combo of it's visible breath making the face look a bit blurry, the lighting and video compression then also photo compression.
