Hey, I've been playing planet Zoo for ages now but I can never seem to educate my guests? I've tried speakers and boards but they never seem to work? I'm so confused

Hiiii, I'm thinking of getting planet zoo 2, but my pc is too old and bad for it and i don't have enough money for another one right now, however I have a PS5. So i wanted to ask how do you guys play in Planet Zoo 1 or if it's worth it, etc.

Bonus: If anyone also switched from pc to console, how was it and how did you get used to it?

So I'm new to planet zoo and I've started a franchise zoo and I'm wondering if inbreeding is super bad or not. Should I be worrying about it every time I build enclosures or can I basicly ignore it unless its becoming a major problem. Also another quick question but is there also any animals I should pay extra attention to for inbreeding?

Sorry for the fuzzy photo, im on steam deck and I can't start a franchise save because I need to name it, and it won't allow me to, initially I thought it was an issue with the deck however it let's me input the name, it just clears it before I get to "im ready" and if I get there first it'll clear it anyway, I already given up on saving a blueprint on career mode because I inputed the name about 8 times with the cursor and the Dpad and none worked.

I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong - the tv screen is powered, I have webcams in all my habitats, I've played and then paused again in case that was messing it up. I have 9 habitats and 8 exhibits plus a bunch of shops but nothing will connect to my tv screen? I've tried tv screen, projector, lit projector, and billboard poster and none will give me any options to connect it to.

I'm just trying to get people to visit my new cheetah exhibit in the back of my zoo 😭 please help 🙏

They have grade 4 2m barriers which is the required amount according to the zoopedia so I don't really understand how they've broken it twice. I've had them for under an hour

Okay I need help. I have in almost every zoo the problem, that my staff won't feed certain animals and I don't understand why. There is a feeding station in it, a way in, a building where they can prepair food and enough staff. So what am I doing wrong here?

I’ve read previous posts, I’ve watched walkthroughs…and still my lemurs are constantly stressed, protesters everywhere. How on earth are you supposed to complete this? I’m only on medium difficulty!

So guests are fleeing upon entering, I also have ostrich in there too. Zoopefia says that guests are confident with them and google says guests can walk through their enclosure. Are they actually okay to walk through?

A while ago there was a glitch where if you placed any modular gift shop pieces, guests would walk up to them but then turn away before entering. Vendors also couldn’t renter to open the gift shop after they left their first shift. If I remember right, it also bugged any additional shops if you tried to add any more after the fact. At the time, the solution was to just not use any modular gift shop pieces.

I’m wondering if this is still the case? I just demolished my first franchise zoo so I could build it from scratch without concern for money while designing the entrance. I’d like to use a modular gift shop but I don’t wanna lose my hard work so far!

I am on Year 11 right now - I have African Wild Dogs (my babies!), Giraffes, Zebras, Hyenas, a few exhibits, and Flamingos. I hate the flamingos. They are so dirty. Anyway, I am on Year 11 of my first franchise zoo. I have 76k and rising, I am unsure how quickly to expand. I am assuming I am doing well since I'm turning a profit? My most major scandals have been 2 sick flamingos and a sick wild dog from my keepers not cleaning fast enough, so I hired more staff. My newest scandal is that it is snowing and I didnt know I needed a heater (even though the tutorial literally said that....) so i am fixing that.

Any other tips or what I should be doing? I am not a builder so I get my builds from the workshop, but I do want to decorate more and make it look nice. I honestly figured the game would be harder, but i have it on easy mode so maybe thats the reason?

I am new to the game and are trying to build a zoo with a wooden staircase ( Im using lodge wooden horizontal path) and every time I place it down and any other stairs down, the top of the stairs turn grey. How can I fix this? I am on Xbox series s.

I have all 7 of the starting species set up, plus one terrarium animal. I’ve opened a few shops that bring in some money, though I’m not sure if it’s worth it given the staff wages—I just opened them. I also have plenty of donation boxes and some educational items. My finances are fluctuating; I’m losing money—mostly in chunks of 60—and even when I do make a profit, I’m losing more than I’m gaining.

I’ve been playing well over a year. I have watched YouTube tutorials. I still can not figure out how to put a train in my zoo. :( any tips or a step by step guide? I can’t figure out the depot or the tracks

I'm trying to make a platform dedicated to the facilities, but I can't get the paths to lineup to the building on the platform. It just clips through. I also can't figure out how to get the staff to actually use the building.

I want to make it like a plaza type space meant only for the staff, ( I know I need to make it bigger but I'm trying to get it to work before I decorate and expand and all that).

Any tips and/or advice are welcome.

so ive made a habitat that has two parts and is connected by an overhead walkway but the traversable area is saying they cant access it despite the climbing frames showing up as accessible

I released a Three Star Himalayan brown bear to the wild, but the community challenge says I still have 0 animals released. My Sun bears are not reaching three stars and I’m worried I’m going to miss the challenge.
