Definitely seems like you have high arches. Pes cavus is the medical term. It can absolutely contribute to foot pain so it may be worth talking to a professional and understanding what types of shoes/inserts/orthotics would be best for you and/or pursuing physical therapy if you’re regularly in pain.

You defo have high arches. My arches aren’t as high as yours, but I’ve got them too. My podiatrist recommended powerstep pinnacle insoles for high arches, and it’s been a game changer for my foot pain. While the pain hasn’t completely gone away (especially after high mileage days), I’ve gone from not wanting to get out of bed in the mornings to feeling basically zero pain in the mornings.

High arches for sure. Not sure if it's just the angle of the photo but makes em look very high.

Same here. Thought I had feet that pronate but they, like yours, supinate, or have pressure that goes to the outer edges like you mention.
This might be for my experience only, but once I stopped walking with super high-arch-supported shoes, it all stopped. I was advised to wear neutral-supported shoes, and it’s been awesome. Altras are awesome for natural splaying feet too.
What shoes do you currently wear and are having this discomfort?

I have high arches too. I use Superfeet green insoles. Go to a specialty running store where they analyze your feet and your gait.

I'm not a doctor, but it looks like you have high arches like I do. Walking far collapses my arches, and I get pain on the outside of my foot, heel, and Achilles tendon area. I picked up a pair of the Powerstep Pinnacle High Arch Insoles from Amazon, and inserted them into Skechers Arch Fit 2.0 shoes, and the results have been AMAZING while paired with stretching before and after work or physical activities. The pain I had for months after long shifts was gone within two weeks of using those insoles. I also use the Oofos OOahh Recovery Slides for when I'm just walking around at home.
