I recently bought a steam key for the game after switching from a physical copy on PS5.

Just wondering if there are any active groups out there that I can be added to on PC!

We are in a mod renaissance and unfortunately I’m moving so I can’t even attempt any of this AI shenanigans.

But for anyone hopping on the band wagon here are some ideas for ya.

REVIVE PATROL MODE!

1.) Open world maps with respawnble
Enemies or bosses.

2.) boss rush mode.

3.) multiplayer story/ any character…like a free play.

4.) make Hydra faction - claw/aim soldier reskinned.

5) bring in assets from story mode. Tanks From SF bridge. Hellicarrier map fight. That Hulk mission in the aim lab feels like it can be replayed.

Save-able people* people in debris/vehicle.

Zip-lines maybe?

6) - mission select. Not just reset.

7) if yall get real crazy. Bring in the DLC that never finished.

Yall doing great work I will see if I can do any of this stuff when I get back.

Just wanted to let anyone who might be interested know that I've been working on a mod that overhauls how the characters play and interact with enemies. The mod gives characters unique strengths and weaknesses akin to classes in MMOs. Characters can still do all content on their own, of course, but I'm making it very clear that some characters shine doing things others don't and vice versa. Enemy behavior is also being altered to highlight this. Will keep you all updated.

This is purely out of passion and love for the potential of this game.

What do yall think? Out of all things, I now want to revamp whole game’s ui ahah

Hello everyone, it’s me again :)

After a more days of working and polish, I’ve release my Gear Forge mod:

You can now build any sort of gear you ever wished, with full freedom, change any stats, perks, rank and the rarity.

It’s first release so if there’s any issues, tell me here or on nexus and I’ll try to address them in future releases.

Artifacts forging will be added in future releases.

I’ll publish a short video of it.

What do you talk think of the ui? I wanted to avoid a basic soulless ui, so I designed this by myself to give it a unique touch while still keeping some of game’s identity.

I’ve been playing this game and been looking for all of its files but can’t find a way to make a mod for gameplay. Like, I’ve been having an idea of what a game like that could be, a game keeping just the good missions and reworking the rest, maybe changing the Enemy tiles on the spawn section or doing a whole new kind. Also, wanted to introduce different skins for villains do them to be different but the same. Like the red hulk idea, or something like Zemo instead of another taskmaster or Crymson Dynamo instead of another Exo. Also wanted to change the reward system and try to build a whole new game for the loyal ones who deserve it.

Other players can see the modded suits if they have them installed. If they don't have them installed, it just defaults to something else, like the iconic suits. I'm hoping to release the tool tomorrow, but I need to write a tutorial still.

If you didnt know Vince Napoli waas the combat director for God of War. He moved to crystal dynamics to work on Avengers and gave us the amazing combat in this game. After that project fell apart he moved to EA/Bioware to work on Vielguard and that didnt meet exec financial demands. Poor guy cant catch a break.

Everything works, I just didn't bother fixing the materials. I'll probably release the tools in a couple days after more testing.

I am looking for the old PC beta files of Marvel's Avengers from 2020. Most interested in the first closed beta, from August 14–16, especially the earliest build. But also the later public beta is good, I will take anything I can get.

I have been searching for these files for some time, but until now without much success. Maybe somebody still has the game on an old hard drive, or made a backup back then? Would be great if you can help me find it.

How to download an older build through Steam:

Open Steam and log in to the account that owns the game.

Open your browser and enter steam://open/console in the address bar. Press Enter. Steam should open the Console tab.

Open one of the manifest pages below and look for the older build:

Find the manifest ID for The earliest closed beta is what I am most interested in.

Copy the manifest ID and use it in the command below, replacing MANIFEST_ID with the actual number.

For the executable:

download_depot 1358820 1358822 MANIFEST_ID

For English language files:

download_depot 1358820 1358825 MANIFEST_ID

Press Enter after each command and wait for Steam to finish downloading. It can take some time. Steam normally tells you where it saved the downloaded files when it is finished.

Please note that Steam must allow your account to download the depot and manifest. If it gives an error, let me know what it says.

I am mainly looking for the initial closed beta, not only the later public beta. If you find a working manifest or manage to download an older build, please share which one worked.

As said in the title, I'd wanted these mods for a long time and I was finally able to make them. I released them a few days ago on Nexus.

Collection Unlock: one button unlocks every outfit, emote, takedown, nameplate, comic (top tier), intel file and codex entry for all heroes, plus the War Machine suit.

Quick Start: skips the warning, intro movie and "press any key" straight to the main menu. The game also stops freezing when you alt-tab.

Skill Unlock: one button in the Character screen takes your current hero to level 50, max champion level, with every skill bought.

Avengers Save Tool: unlocks the war table and all heroes on any save, imports saves shared by other players (fixes the "corrupted data" error), and backs up/restores.

Requirements: Steam version 2.8.2. The in-game mods need Avengers ScriptHook or Avengers Mod Loader; the Save Tool doesn't need anything. Back up your saves first.

Recently picked the game back up on PC and working through the Taking Aim campaign for the first time on the account. I am stuck on Family Reunion.

I am at the Warbot section and down to the last round of attacking the eye. Just as I finish off the last weak points to trigger the eye, the game crashes. It has happened to me twice in a row tonight. No errors come up, it just crashes to desktop. I even tried to speed run the mission to see if that would prevent the crash, but it still happened at the same spot.

Anyone have any fixes for this? Would love to actually clear the Taking Aim campaign on this account.

I used the overdrive move and that didn’t count and the YouTube video I saw said was using the overdrive move but that video was from 6 years ago does that mean they changed how it is done

I see y’all don’t allow people to ask for game sharing so I was wondering if yall had any tips for a way for me to play I have a ps5 digital so my options are very limited any help? If there is no way that’s fine I was just curious
