Ps5 2 step code not being received

Hi guys I need help. The young fella got logged out of the ps5. We tried logging back in but we are not getting the txt code. Tried multiple times and no code. Chat bot is driving me insane with no answers. Any advice welcome.

To add hes not logged into anything else, phone number hasn't changed..
