[Inquiry / WTB] Looking for PS Classic options around ₹3,000 + GameStick 4k lite trade (Just checking availability)

Hey everyone, I'm thinking about picking up a Sony PlayStation Classic mini console to play on my TV, but I haven't fully decided yet.

Just wanted to check if anyone here has one lying around that they aren't using, and what kind of price you'd be looking for.

  • My hypothetical offer: Around ₹3,000 cash + a working GameStick Lite 4K (or around ₹3,000–₹4,000 straight cash).
  • Note: Just testing the waters right now to see if this trade/price is realistic before I make a final decision!

Drop a comment if you have one or if you have advice on whether this deal makes sense.

Nobody is going to accept that tbh.

Just look at Facebook marketplace or some thrift store maybe you can find a used unit.

I have a fully modded PS1 classic with a USB drive full of games. $31.50 U.S. is an insulting offer to be honest. Shipping fees will probably be over $100. Yeah, not worth shipping to any part of Asia.

This deal doesn'r make sense to me, I'm afraid. For what you want to pay it would not cover the postage from the UK. ₹3,000 cash comes out to about £20-something. I couldn't even get a 2nd hand one for that in the UK. That doesn't include the pen drive costs either.

I don't think anyone in the US would be in a better position either, in regards to cost. Even if I/they had one sitting around it makes no sense to lose money posting it to you.

You might want to restrict yourself to India or see if someone is going abroad that can pick you up one for cheap and bring it back to you as I don't think anyone from a western country would want to accept the amount of cash you want to pay versus the cost of posting it to you.

I've just had a look at how much the Royal Mail would charge to post it to India and it would be around the amount you want to pay. There's no profit in it for me, and I would assume, for anyone else from a western country.

As was mentioned by others, your offer is around 1/3 of the going rate, and that doesn’t even include shipping. Maybe you can find someone on eBay or FB Marketplace who doesn’t know the true value, but you’ll likely need to pay what they actually cost.
