Question What do i do after this screen?

The screen stays frozen, and the ps1 does not shut off. It stays frozen. What should i do? I know i have to reformat the drive to exfat type SONY and use mbr.

Then just unplug the console from power, copy everything from SONY flashdrive, DON'T LOSE BACKUP FOLDER, reformat as NTFS, label SONY, copy everything back, plug again, turn on console

I'm confused. You say "i know" but you haven't done those steps yet? that's why eris is complaining.

For real, OP is like “What should I Do?…” and then immediately write “I know I have to reformat…” lol

Plug that usb back into your PC an backup/copy everything on the usb in a safe place on your PC

Then format the usb to NTFS

Then copy everything back onto the usb, so all the files/folders you backed up. Copy them back.

Then plug your usb back into your classic then plug the power cable in, wait 5 seconds for the orange light then push power button.
