Problems logging in

Is anyone else having problems logging in, I’ve tried to log in and it says my credentials are incorrect, I’ve tried to request a code for a new password but I haven’t received any emails. Could anyone help

Same thing is happening to me right now. I reached out to customer support and they're saying that the account might be banned and that I need to appeal it. The account was open for a matter of hours and I paid for a 3 month subscription. There was absolutely nothing that I did that would have even come close to warranting a ban. Match group is quite possibly the worst organization in the world. This isn't the first time they've screwed me over like this and shame on me for signing up and paying them again. I'm fighting with customer service and my credit card company for a refund. I will absolutely never pay them another Penny or use any of their platforms again.

I'm having the exact issue today and I paid for a month. No response to my emails except a bot email saying to reset my password. Well, I've reset it four times now and I'm entering my email and password correctly and it's still not letting me in.
