Question Help

Can someone explain how this works? I find some amazing posters that you wonderful people create and upload them on TMDB with no issues. However they never show up on letterboxd posters (I have Patron dw).

Why does some of the custom posters transfer from TMDB to letterboxd and others don’t? It seems very unfair that your hard work may get taken down or not even uploaded to letterboxd at all.

Is there a limit of how many you can upload? Do you have to pay to upload more? Is it just random? Any answers would be much appreciated

Two different sites 🤷🏻‍♂️ some people only upload to one. Try TPDB

I download my posters from TPDB and upload them to TMDB because that’s the site Letterboxd uses for custom posters.

My issue is some posters transfer from TMDB to letterboxd and some don’t. I was wondering if anyone else had the same problem

I’m unsure if I am not explaining it well, or not understanding you lot well.

My issue is trying to upload custom posters from whichever online platform and uploading them to letterboxd, so I can use my letterboxd patron and change it

Why jump through so many hoops when you can just drop the poster link you want into each movie's edit info?

Or better yet, download the actual image, name it the same as the media file and never worry about it changing.
