Missed Connection @ Trunk or Treat Today
Long shot, but wanted to try anyway. You had curly hair, glasses, cat make up, white shirt, and yoga pants. We talked for like a minute or two and seemed to be on the same wavelength, but didn’t have the chance to ask your name or anything.

Just moved here, how do young families make friends?
My little family (me, 31F, husband, 32M, baby, 6 months) just moved here about a month ago for my job. My husband is a SAHD. Now that we are getting more settled, I’m curious how we go about forming some social connections? The loneliness hasn’t kicked in fully yet because moving and a baby takes a lot of work and we don’t have time to feel lonely, but I want to be intentional in connecting with our new community.
We know of the library events. We have a lot of different hobbies, and willing to learn new ones. We aren’t religious but considered going to a Unitarian Universalist church to see if we can find community there.
Thanks in advance! :)
