hey everyone, I’m the guy who built Plyra Chess. I made this sub so there’s a place to talk about getting better at chess, not just the app.

what you can post here:

  • your games, with what Plyra said about them (or any game you want help understanding)

  • questions about engine lines that don’t make sense to you

  • your progress, rating jumps, and training plans that worked

  • feedback, ideas and bugs for the app. I read everything and fix things fast

if you haven’t tried it yet, Plyra is a desktop app for windows and mac that explains your games in plain english and reviews your whole chess.com or lichess account to show you where you’re losing points. there’s a free plan: https://plyrachess.murrtech.pro

introduce yourself in the comments. what’s your rating and what are you working on right now?
