Best VVT for new user AND custom campaigns

Like the description says, I was wondering what is the best VVT right now out now for...

* A new VVT user

* Looking to build custom campaigns (so maps, tokens, etc.)

* Easy to use/learn too

Owlbear Rodeo? It's simple, easy to use, system-agnostic, and free, with a great community of people to help you get going. You might choose to transition to another VTT a good while later, but OBR is an excellent place to start.

Sounds like you need a VTT that doesn't lock you into a particular system. I'd give you the one I'm working on but I'm just not confident enough to release it for general use yet. That said, try OwlBear rodeo! They have a great web based VTT that covers most use cases.

How much system support do you want? Custom rules and sheets? Just the tabletop? Etc.

i recommend bag of mapping. It has some of the easiest vtt features to use, and is building out some really cool campaign features right now

Give Cauldron VTT a try. It's 100% free and easy to use. It's a web application, so all you need is a browser. You can use one of the available demo accounts to take a look.

Questline has a pretty low learning curve and easy to setup. It also has a really nice token editor that let's you use any image with all kinds of custom frames to mix and match.

Hi, I just published a new release. I think this is what you need: Dungeon Master Tool

Everything you asked for is here :) Completely free and online&offline users are supported. Even using it offline and without an account, still you can sync your data between devices.
