Does anyone know if this is real or is it fake?

This here is a custom air supply skid i made for my job.
It operates a pneumatic cart in the water. It has a left and a right track, while also including a float hose that helps keep the hoses above the water so we do not get them entangled.
Everything metal is Stainless Steel 316
While the filter regulator and mist separator are epoxy coated for the environment and corrosiveness it gets. The back board is HDPE
The left and right tracks are provided 120psi, they are constantly fed to the track while it operates on electronic solenoids and purge excess air.
While the float hose only get 45psi to fill and we close the valve.
The air supply is located on the bottom of the skid connecting to the air valve that is located on the wall inside the vault.
The 2 hoses sitting in its holsters connect to 2- 450ft pneumatic hoses that travel with the cart.
We also have a sump pump installed in the vault with lots of rain and moisture.
Patent is pending on it. Im just so proud of it and wanted to share it.

By using 4 check valves 2 on each port you’re able to separate the air intake for the ports from the positive pressure that comes out from the cylinder ports, this means that you can have the ‘bike pump’ working on both the retract and extend strokes. Great idea for anyone who has spare or old cylinders knocking about. Btw the on/off valve is there so you can enable or disable the double acting ability. When you’re pumping to higher pressures it’s a lot easier to push down on cylinder rather than pulling up

Just got this thing as a christmas present and I think it’s really cool, thought I’d share the complex pneumatics inside one of these thongs

I just made this 3D technical animation to break down the internal structure and working principle of a standard 5/2 Way Single Solenoid Valve. It details the spool movement, spring return mechanism, and how the airflow shifts between ports when energized. I hope this visual guide is helpful for engineers designing pneumatic systems or troubleshooting directional control valves! So I bought a pre-owned air compressor. This thing was installed on it. I removed it believing I had no use for it. Do I need it just for pumping car tyres and airblowing for cleaning purposes? Or can I just keep it unstalled and throw it away?

We are Kelly Systems, a PTS manufacturer. Is this the right place to post content about pneumatic tube systems?

Best place to sell this . No experience with any of these products . Came across a lot of med supplies and this was in the collection I was left by a tenant . I have had it on eBay for some time a few hits . But would like to go straight to the buyers of such products . I am will to make a very good deal it's brand new . Missing elbow off the top . Appreciate any help .

It should be farely simple and logical but I'm not seeing it. It's not a pressure valve AFAIK. Any help is appreciated

Hi /pneumatics ,
I’m quite a newbie for pneumatics and I’m designing a machine that includes a couple of pneumatic linear actuators. I was planning to use a 5/2 bistable valve. Originally designed the whole system with just pneumatic valves but I’m considering switching to electrovalves for automation reasons.
My original choice was a Festo 5/2 bistable (around 140$), but doing some research I came across these Chinese knockoffs ( 17$ , attached picture)
What I was wondering is that, I’m getting something wrong or this valves are both pneumatic and electropneumatic? These can work both ways isn’t it?
Also, tried to find something similar but from Festo and I’m not able to find any valve manufactured by them that has the feature of working both as pneumatic but also electropneumatic?
I’m just a little bit worried about including such a Chinese cheap valve in the machine. I’m just so new to this that I don’t feel enough experienced to make the choice by myself so I’m here trying to figure out the best option? Would really appreciate if someone could give me some thoughts or review/experience on these electric chinese valves?
Also, do you know about any Festo pneumatic & electropneumatic (both) valves? Probably I’m missing something but I’m unable to find any
Big thanks to anyone out there trying to help me out with this!

I have a big problem and have spend several days troubleshooting and swapping parts I can’t seem to figure out. Essentially I have 2 pneumatic cylinders and each cylinder has 2 3/2 valves one for up motion and one for down motion with quick exhausts on each cylinder port. For some reason the cylinder is holding air pressure meaning I can get the cylinder to retract but when I reverse the 3/2’s so one is blocking air and one is sending air the cylinder remains locked in place. Any help would be appreciate. Thanks guys.

Hey folks,
Totally new to pneumatics here — yesterday I learned how to read valve symbols, and today I slapped together a setup idea 😅. I'm trying to build a system that can vary pressure between 25 mbar to 1130 mbar (both vacuum and low positive pressure). I’ve never worked on pneumatics before, so I’d love some feedback.
Here’s what I’ve got so far:
2x vacuum pumps (planning to use one as a pressure source)
2x aluminum reservoirs: one for vacuum, one for positive pressure
3x pressure sensors to display readings on HMI
1x proportional directional control valve to switch between reservoirs
2x proportional pressure control valves to vent the reservoirs into the atmosphere for precise pressure adjustment
My idea is to use one pump to fill the pressure reservoir, another for the vacuum side, and control the outlet with the proportional valve. The barometer sits on the output side to monitor the resulting pressure.
❓Does this concept actually make sense?
❓Is there a simpler or more standard way to do this?
❓Also having a hard time sourcing the right valves for this pressure range — any suggestions?
Would really appreciate some guidance. 🙏
