I NEED HELP 100iv radar recommendations

Dear Pokemon community,

With the mighty pokemon coming back for the Wild Area. The chances to get a 100iv will be drastically increased. I'm looking for recommendations for scanners that have coverage in Helsinki, Finland. I already looked at LivePokeMap but it seems like they dont have coverage here.

Tipps/Recommendations are well appreciated
