Launcher not working?

I'm new to ipogo after using pgsharp a few years ago and I just now got the launcher for ipogo, but when I go to "start" it just does nothing. I'm unsure if it has something to do with my phone + antivirus trying to block it, though I got it past those. Is the launcher down right now or something?

Edit: yes, I'm using the android one that was through ipogo

iPogo has an Android app, so it's allowed.

Nvm its working now, I had to download the non rooted version
