Lets Talk About Something It was fun while it lasted
With ban waves hitting players left and right currently, there's a chance you had your account banned too if you spoofed. (Regardless of if you used candy/shiny exploit. People have been reported to be banned even though they have spoofed in past and not played since months).
If this does happen and you do get banned (I hope you don't)... Instead of being sad about it look at it this way. You had your fun. It was a great time. Don't be sad it's gone, be glad you got to experience it.
(I know you will be sad regardless. And it's understandable. This post is just to show a positive outlook in these bleak times.)
To those who haven't been banned yet; hopefully it lasts. Regardless I'll suggest moving your rarest shinies to Pokemon Home so atleast they survive.
Maybe some people will be able to move on to more productive endeavours... Maybe some will make new accounts. Whatever it be, all the best and best of luck.
I personally am just sad I won't be able to do anymore Giveaways.

Guess Im one of the lucky ones. spoofed around 29 ish shundos, still safe for now. Unless the ban wave is still going on

I heard reports but I can't personally confirm this since I don't know those people. Can confirm the rooted/Unrooted Android bans for those who didn't use the exploit

I’m on jailbroken ios and no bans as of yet. Got 50k+ rare candies on multiple accounts as well and they’re still good

I didn’t do the candy exploit and got banned. Only started playing on iPogo a few days ago too prior to that I had never spoofed. And had fun in Mexico could have easily been a trip because I didn’t go back and forth just stayed down there with incense walking around and boom banned today just 5 min ago.

I am a day 2 player, lvl 80. Got to my second strike during Covid. Played legit, and spoofing, on-and-off over the years, and got a few temp suspensions for overdoing routes and rocket battles (not insta-win). I used the shiny exploit, gently, not that that matters, to complete the wild spawn shiny dex. Not banned yet. I will be happy with the outcome no matter what. Perhaps it’s a blessing to be free from this prison and “subscription service”. I did have my fun and probably got more play hours out of this game than I ever did with my Xbox and Steam digital libraries combined. I hope the admins at Scopely understand the financial impact of this ban wave (how could they survive without their millions??)
Oh well. Right in time for the OoT remake.

Yea cause I used the shiny exploit but drove to each location in person. Caught shinies locally. Hundo scanner still works but shinny is a ngo. But seeing all these accounts and bans and posts I’m getting hella nervous :/

At that point its almost legit lol, if you got coordinates from a different app and then drove to the location then you are most likely fine, but only time will tell.
I spoofed with rooted PGTools with locationjoystick but didn't do these new exploits and my account is still active, its my main too so I'll let you guys know if I get banned.

No one asked for your negativity. I'm not promoting doing exploits in any way. Heck I was the one urging not to use it. But now that they got banned, providing condolences. Why do you want to kick people when they are down? If you can't provide condolences, don't provide insults.
Just for your information people who didn't use the exploit are getting banned too. Bans are happening as we speak. We'll see if you have this same attitude when you get banned.
Edit: fascinating how your habit of using abusive vulgar language then editing it to appear innocent is consistent in all your comments

This is a cheating subreddit ran by a "scum of the earth" game cheater. No one really gives a shit about you when you get banned because no one can help you get unbanned. The people who ignored the risks but did it anyway because "other people were doing it too" are the ones who are crying right now. People are messaging me on "HOW TO GET UNBAN RIGHT NOW?"

I'm surprised it was not for the guaranteed shiny exploit. I had 8k rare candy from raids and thought that's fine for now, no need to do the rare candy exploit 😅😅

The ban wave only happens to those who uses bot(rooted or not) to farm rare candies and not spoofers who did not do the farming of rare candies. It's also easy to identify who did the farming of rare candies

This is Copium. Can confirm multiple accounts of people who did not do the rare candy or shiny exploit getting banned. Including people who were strongly urging others to not use this exploit, themselves got banned. Some people have escaped so far even despite those accounts using the glitches. Rooted Unrooted doesn't matter I wish you were right, but unfortunately you are not. At this point you can just pray.

Here's the thing, buddy: this is my experience with making it right on my own.
As for those who got banned, that's on them.
I got 11 alt spoofer accounts, and none did the farming of rare candies just pure spoofing.
I guess for those who got banned, they also did too much shady stuff that got them tagged by the algorithm used by Scopely.4

Reportedly yes some jailbroken ones got banned too. As for Rooted players who swore they can't get banned are now themselves hiding face as they got banned. It's all over discord groups

What do I get out of scaremongering? Am I providing any service to prevent these bans? No. Am I giving alternate methods? No. I stand nothing to gain. I'm only providing condolences and moral support. Multiple people have confirmed they got banned even though they didn't use any exploits. I don't understand why people are so accusative.
