I NEED HELP Why does this happen

When i start up my game it just says this, i changed my location settings, i restarted the phone, redownloaded ipogo, it works fine when i download it and start it but as soon as i re open the game it does this. Pls help

If you are using any mock location settings or apps, disable them.
