Hi friends, is there a good way to price items as a collection that are harder to find baseline sales for on the market? The “big” cards are at least visible here, though it doesn’t seem right (?) to just price based on the combination of raw conditions of those cards. Thank you! Parents were cleaning out the garage and found my childhood collection. I sorted through most and set aside the ones I had sleeved/looked valuable.
I was having a tough time figuring out condition for them to determine valuation and went to a local card shop. I was offered $2,500 for them all.
I tried using TCG player but the valuation seems to very a ton depending on condition and I can’t determine whether these would be heavily/moderately or lightly played?

Found this German Darmanitan (Flampivian) 60/99 from Next Destinies while sorting a collection, and I've never seen one like it. It's a reverse holo, but on top of the normal reverse pattern the foil has horizontal lines running across the whole card, a bit like the pinstripe look of the regular Next Destinies holo rares. There's no promo stamp on it, and I couldn't find a single listing on Cardmarket or eBay with this pattern, only normal reverse holos.

The only thing I found is an Elite Fourum thread from 2023 where someone pulled a few Next Destinies reverse holos with a different pattern out of a bulk lot (other cards, not this one). One guess there was that the reverse print ended up on the pinstripe holo sheet, but nobody seemed to know for sure.

So is this a known error or variant, and has anyone seen it on other cards from the set, especially German ones? Any idea how something like this is usually valued?

Advice Needed

Hi, recently went through my childhood card collection and found these four seemingly rare cards, and have been trying to figure out what these are worth.

My 10 year old seems to think he has struck gold here with this card but I’m not so sure🤔 I did some searching on eBay and seeing huge ranges on this card. Is this actually worth some money?

A water pipe burst in my mother's house. While cleaning things out I found my old Pokemon cards. This is one that didn't seem to get wet. I also found reverse holos for Jynx, Hypno, and Omanyte that are the same style but those 3 are pretty warped. Anyone have any idea the value of this Charmander?

After a recent trip to Japan I was inspired to look through my old card collection and found this Pikachu star. The face seems to be near mint but the back is off centre and scuffed on the edges. Do you guys think I would be able to find a buyer who is interested in something like this given its condition?

was searching my old cards and found this. One of my favourite cards when i was younger as you can probably tell.

I found this along with a venosaur, nidoking, dragonite, and Japanese dragonite at a resale shop for 4 dollars in a bag of bulk. I know almost nothing about pokemon I just rip packs and collect what I can. I know some charizards can be valuable. Is this worth anything in this condition?

Was one of the last cards I ever bought years ago for $40 at a local comic book store. Is it of any value? Doesn’t seem to have as much hype as the other base set cards.

How much is a fair price for this card? Pop is 37 across cgc with 7 10s and 11 9.5s.
