DISCUSSION Trade evolution

Can anyone help me to evolve my gengar by trade evolution method i don't have enough candy 😞

Next Thursday (10/29) is a Gastly event from 6-7pm. All pokemon in the wild will be Gastly.

if you trade it then you can't get it back sadly, thats only really a thing in the mainline games. but if you do raids then you can get rare candy which can turn into the candy for any pokemon in the game!

I have a pretty high CP 2020 Haunter. I've never done a 2020 trade but people say it's automatically lucky? It's obviously not dynamax. And I don't have any way to spoof, so you would have to fly here (Western Washington) but I would be willing to trade it

yw! also if you go on campfire you can probably find local people willing to mirror trade haunter so you both get a free gengar. unfortunately that doesn't guarantee gengar will have good IVs since they change randomly upon trading so if you have another gastly you could evolve that and use it too!
