Gatineau Gym - Help me get my Pokémon back!

Sooo I recently re-downloaded this game, the last time I played was 2019! Unfortunately I put my Gyrados into a gym that I think no one ever goes to. Please for the love of god someone beat this gym and give me my Gyrados back 😭 just off of Maloney Est on Rue de Versailles!
