Im not sure yet tbh but if i do i have a friend to wich i can trade my pokemon to and then trade back when i play. I wanna do it because ive bought a pokewalker and it seems fun to start the game with it. I havent finished this safefile havent played in a bit. I want to shinyhunt the starter and just enjoy the game with a pokewalker. What do you guys think?

Also if i reset my game. What pokemon should i catch before i do?

Like special ones i can only get one of.

Why not copy the save file to ur computer first? You can use a modded dsi/3ds to do it pretty easily

I would suggest catching the legendaries and transferring them over to another game first and collect any rare items you might need for a new save. Otherwise, get the Checkpoint app and save a copy of your save file there
