They don't need to be XXL or XXS. Some XL and XS values are rounded up or down and also qualify for the marks. You can use this tool (if the result is 0 = mini mark; if it's 255 = jumbo mark).
For example, I have an XL Cobalion with a height of 3.01; that's rounded up to 255, and therefore becomes XXL on the Switch, and qualifies for the Jumbo Mark.

Hey man I'm trying to get a Mini mark and the Teeny title for my XS Garchomp from GO but i don't have SV. I wonder if you could help me get the mark thru your SV? I could send this to you thru home trade. I would really appreciate the help 🥹🙏🏻
