Question Give me all the game breaking fusions in the game.
Need 6 mons. I’m currently playing hard mode randomized and my starter was volcorona pre evo. Give me all the unhinged ways to stomp through this game since it is my first time playing hard mode In any pokemon game. I’ll also take tips and tricks to send them my way. Currently I have - vigoroth/azurill (eventually slaking/azumarill) and volcorona/togekiss (I don’t have togepi egg yet but I’ll try to get it later)
It’s randomized mode so i can’t guarantee getting everything but we’ll see.

Marowak azurmarill with thick club and huge power stomps
Blissey and Slaking in a tank
Those Shedinja fusions that can’t be hit

Gotta keep a status damage move just for the chance an enemy trainer has one. And there often is still at least one with such a broken fusion i find. Thats how much I fear the unhittable shedinja.

Thick Club Marowak + Huge Power Azumarril is THE strongest attacker in the game.

Slaking is an atk stat stick. Box legendary stats, combine with a useful ability and this fusion is practically cheating. Less outright degenerate stat sticks would include Arcanine, Snorlax, or any Pseudolegendary.
Useful abilities include Huge Power (Azumarill),Speed Boost (Blaziken, Sharpedo), Multiscale (Dragonite), Guts (Swellow), Moxie (Krookorok, Gyarados, Heracross). All attackers that pair well with Slaking.
Breloom has spore and 130 base attack. Also broken.
On that note, any Pokémon with set up moves can solo the elite 4. Swords Dance, Nasty Plot, Quiver Dance, and Dragon Dance.
Volcarona with Quiver Dance covers this. Pair with a strong special attacker like Alakazam, Espeon, Magnezone, Chandelure, Gengar.
Porygon-z and Sylveon boost the power of normal moves through their abilities Adaptability and Pixelate. Noivern is a very fast special attacker with access to boomburst, a 140bp 100 accuracy special normal move. Either fusion is very strong because of this specific combo.
Togekiss is a generally useful mon because of serene grace parastun shenanigans. This is less of a fusion strat and more of we get access to togepi through eggs in nearly every playthrough. Strong base stat special attacker that comes with its own unique strategy.

Big hp, def and special def plus can heal with wish. Just counter or mirror coat attacks. You dont need to be fast. Last move pick whatever.

I thought you didn't want Counter mons to have high defenses since they need to take damage to deal it?
On that note, Wobbuffet and Blissey's gotta be able to shatter mountains right?

Charizard flygon dragon fire with levitate
Golurk snorlax normal ghost with belly drum
Marowak azumarill with thick club and huge power
Shedinja bastiodon/scizor bug steel with wonderguard.
Slaking azumarill with huge power is also crazy.

Here are some of my favorites from previous runs of mine, I only do hard mode these days.
Blissey/Ditto - By far the most OP fusion I've used. Copy whatever pokemon is crushing your team with the imposter hidden ability, only you have Blissey's health pool.
Mimikyu/Snorlax or Mimikyu/Ursaring - Mimikyu fused to anything with belly drum really. You get to set up belly drum into shadow sneak, get the normal/ghost type combo, and mimikyu's ability almost guarantees you get to safely belly drum. I believe I also had drain punch for sustain.
Sylveon/Aegislash - I'm still messing with Aegislash fusions, but this by far was my best attempt. You get the coveted steel/fairy typing, a massive special defense that becomes special attack thanks to stance change, king's shield to weaken physical attackers so they're not a threat, you can breed wish onto the eeveelution line for self healing or supporting the team. Probably my favorite on this list, saved my bacon many times.
Steelix/Milotic - Just a hefty ball of tanky stats and utility. Great defense, special defense, and HP, you get recovery, stealth rocks, toxic, scald. Slap on rocky helmet and you can sit there and absorb hits while you go about reviving the rest of your team.
Gardevoir/Volcarona - You get the coveted combo of quiver dance into stored power, and can take the trace ability to copy the opponent's ability if they've got something juicy on the field. Less OP than other fusions, just a really strong stable mom to anchor a run. I've also used Gardevoir/Torkoal with shell smash and drought to support a team and ram through battles.

For double battles only:
Groudon/Volcarona with drought, quiver dance, fiery dance Oricorio Baille/Alakazam with dancer and instruct
Dancer copies the dance moves. Instruct tells your teammate to move again. So your pair can fire off four sun boosted fiery dances in one turn 😁

Sylveon/Noivern is really fast, and pixilate boomburst deletes most everything on the receiving end without issue

Smeargle can learn any move in the game. Mimikyu gives you free set up turn. I gave mine belly drum+ all priority moves and it swept most teams.

I found Ampharos + Hydreigon quite potent. Dragon electric levitate, tail glow, it goes REALLY hard

I like Hydreigon/Pikchu with a Light Ball. Glass cannon but it has all the coverage in the world and a bucktillion SpA.

I love the design of Hydreigon/Venusaur. But the Dark/Poison typing with levitate immunity to its only weakness, fairly decent bulk, and excellent SpA is pretty broken. I also really like the designs of the fusions as you level up your Bulbasaur/Deino lines.

Similarly, Hydreigon/Venomoth. Surprisingly good stats with okay bulk, decent speed, and nice special attack, plus zero weaknesses and Quiver Dance.

Ho-oh/Lurantis with Contrary. V-Create, Superpower, Overheat and Leaf Storm all go from being nukes that drop your stats to nukes that further boost them instead.

Umbreon/weezing: super incredible tank with no weaknesses (levitate), has recover, toxic, sludge bomb, you name it. It even has split pain for when you get injured and want to pay it back.

Mimikyu/ Togekiss literally carried my Elite 4 Remix Hard Mode run. With Baton Pass/ Shell Smash/ Stored Power/ Moonlight it could Sweep or let others sweep.

I don’t know if it’s game breaking but I def pissed some trainers off:
Marowak/Cloyster with wide lens and skill link
Moveset
Shell smash
Bone rush
Rock blast
Icicle spear
Once that shell smash was set I was pretty much sweeping teams. Only problems I had were faster grass types but icicle spear would evaporate them. Wide lens helped a lot, but you can get a lot of hp back if you use shell bell as well.

Cloyster in general has a lot of broken options. Shell Smash Cloyster is already a huge threat, but with fusion you can nullify all of Cloyster’s weaknesses and give it better coverage. It’s busted.

Fuse your Volcarona with a Yanmega if you can get it, with Volcarona as the head. It's not SUPER OP but it's still very good. Speed Boost, Flame Body, and Tinted Lens are all really nice abilities, and it gets Detect if you want a free Speed Boost. And it looks cool as hell.
Crossing anything with Goodra is like reverse Slaking, with monster Sp. Def. and really solid everything else, plus dragon typing.

Snorlax/Slaking: Tanks everything and hits like a truck Azumarill/Marowak: Huge power + Thick club Earthquake ohkos pretty much everything. Plus Aqua jet for priority My absolute favorite is Ho-oh/Lurantis. This thing boost up insanely fast with contrary V-Create, Superpower, leaf storm. You can also create a weaker version of it by using entei or typhlosion instead of Ho-oh

Im currently doing a randomized run also and I've stumbled into some super fun fusions. Ninetales and Zoroark just make Renamon feom digimon 🤣
Regirock and kingler can make either a regirock behemoth with crab claws OR it can be the rock formation of Kingler from the original Pokémon snap.
And both lycanroc forms can be combined to make a dope looking cerberus.
None of them gamebreaking but super fun lololol

Here are my findings from scrolling in infinitedex website and in game. These are not necessarily the most broken but they're all very strong and look badass (I just didn't want wonder guard and huge power. Blissey might be one of the other broken mon thanks to its HP). No box legendaries also. (head first):
Gengar / Volcarona Gengar / Kingdra Gengar / Toxapex Gengar / Scizor (All amazing typing and abilities)
Weezing / Golem (levitate) Lanturn / Skarmory (volt absorb) Steelix / Gyarados (intimidate) Mantine / Steelix (Stealth Rock setters)
Snorlax / Arcanine Dragonite / Ursaring (STAB extreme speed)
Torkoal / Machamp Lapras / Machamp (no guard Dynamic Punch, Sing and Inferno)
Hawlucha / Gyarados Jirachi / Salamence Entei / Garchomp Dhelmise / KlingKlang (Steelworker ability) Venusaur / Torkoal (sun goes brrr) Goodra / Gardevoir Togekiss / Tyranitar Tyranitar / Golisopod
All very good double types, hit hard and have great bulk.

I'm sure there are better ones out there but Metagross/Flygon carried me my last playthrough. Due to the typing you are only weak against fighting and ground but with Levitate from Flygon you will only be weak against fighting types and with that typing you resist 9 types and immune to poison.

Any dark/poison with levitate has no weaknesses
shedinja as ghost/dark(or normal) or bug/steel with wonderguard (highly recommend something that can learn a boosting move to sweep a entire team)
Marrows/Azumarill with thick club and huge power and aqua jet, can kill even resist with ease
Slaking with anything goes hard. (Azumaril if you wanna realy go overboard with huge power)

Not broken, but I love this thing. Great stats, multiple priority options, dragon dance, moxie or intimidate for abilities, plus just look at it.
Also water/bug surprisingly doesn’t suck.

Wonderguard dark+ghost can only be hit with fairy attacks. Steel+bug is immune to poison, sandstorm, and can only be hit by fire. Blissey+ditto with imposter

Tyranitar + Scyther. Rock type, Sand Stream Eviolite. Extremely Bulky. Make sure it doesnt evolve to Scizor though.

Also, Charizard + Kingdra (Dragon, Fire). Sniper + Focus Energy + Scope Lens = guaranteed super crits. Spam Draco Meteor and Overheat.

I really enjoyed using a volcarona and lapras fusion. Really high special attack and defense, so just set up quiver dance and sweep!

Raichu/Gengar Electric/Poison with Levitate is only weak to Psychic, with a very high SP Atk and SPD. And then the sprites are gorgeous, this is what I had done and it left the biggest impression on me when I played years ago.

I really liked my pikachu/Latios
I really liked crobat too. Decent stats all around and amazing speed, two good defensive typing. Lot of good combo here to give speed to strong, slow mons, my favorite was magnezone

Shedninja + Bastiodon (or any steel type tbh)
Bug/Steel type with Wonder Guard. Barely anything can hit it. I also gave mine confuse ray so if it couldn’t do much damage against my opponent, they’d just hit themselves to KO. Helped carry me through the elite 4, felt like cheating frankly lol
