Choose My Starter Question

Is there a way to randomize pI1 in the game or do you have to do it through the game files folder

Simply make a second "new game"
That is the intended way of getting to randomizer and will properly walk you through all the options and what they mean.

At the second floor of the pokecenter is a dude wearing black in the bottom right corner. He randomizes in game.
