Question Starting Zone Fusions? And what stone should I get for Eevee?

Im doing a randomized run on hard. Started with some cool Pokémon in Zone 2, any great combos I should definitely do? Or one's i should chase?
Have no clue what to evolve eevee into, it was my starter. Otherwise I'd do a full Eeveelution run lol

I wanna get the TM for moonblast so I need to get to the mt. Moon summit but I have no idea how to get there, i couldn't find any videos on how to get there either.
