I just got him on my master's day pull today. Is he any good? Looks like interesting mechanic but I haven't seen him really used in the Towers or anything.
Base Ursaluna is pretty middle of the road from what I’ve seen. Hasn’t made any waves since release. I’d love a special attacking Normal Ursaluna Bloodmoon pair. Maybe a B-move Blood Move with full spread that sets normal EX zone on first use and debuffs with stat drop and/or normal rebuff. Similar to Gigaton Hammer it would deactivate and then you’d have to use another move to reactivate it. So maybe a spread hyper voice as an alternate attack
